Create Lease

The lease document is vital as it contains all the terms, conditions of the agreement and details the rights & responsibilities for the parties involved. Rose Property uses an industry standard lease with extra clauses or conditions added to protect landlords using our experience gained in lettings since 1994.

The lease fee is included at no extra charge as part of our service to find new tenants.

If you have tenants but no lease then we can prepare 2 copies, get your tenant to sign both and keep one before posting you the remaining copy.

The cost for this service is €120 + vat which you can write off against the tax liability of your rental income.
