Elaine joined Rose Property in March 2016 as Property Inspector. She is responsible for carrying out inspections at each of the properties where full management services are provided by the agency and to provide a text report to the landlord by email upon completion of each inspection outlining the condition of the property.
Elaine has worked in the insurance industry since 1997 and for the last 12 years, she has worked as a property loss adjuster, handling primarily household property damage claims on behalf of various insurance companies. As a result, Elaine has extensive experience in inspecting and assessing residential properties which is essential for this role.
