Rose Properties have been excellent from the word go. From my dealings with Mark Rose initially right up until when I handed my keys in, have been brilliant.

Mark was really professional and very helpful and really put my mind at ease at first. I was very nervous about the idea of renting my house out after living in it for 10 years and I am sure my endless questions were tough but Mark really was great and I really appreciated his patience :-)

Flo has been a pleasure to work with and just so lovely and made me feel very relaxed from the start to the end of the process which I really appreciated. I have found it hard getting the house ready for a certain date but getting the call to say we had tenants so soon was a dream!

I wish to thank the staff of Rose Property Services for an absolutely efficient, pleasant and accommodating service. I am unwell at the moment and unable to deal with the details of letting my property. After a number of difficult years with another agency (unnamed for obvious reasons), it has been both a surprise and a pleasure to find an agency which has made huge efforts to take my personal health problems into account and consequently to make the whole exercise painless for me. Rose Property Services have worked for me the Landlord (once again a new experience for me) while all the time ensuring that the property is in a clean and, most importantly, safe condition for the tenant.

I found the process of procuring a tenant quick and efficient. There was no unnecessary delay and I received good advice at all times from Mark, Erica and Flo. As I am, for the most part unable to visit my property, I came to trust Mark, Erica and Flo implicitly. They texted me before a phone call, conscious that I'm not always available due to my health circumstances. Every cost is itemised and invoices are provided immediately post-event.

I came to Rose Property Services as a very war-weary Landlord!! What I found is an agency which is willing to hear BOTH the Landlord AND the Tenant so that the whole process is painless and efficient. The Landlord gets a hearing and this is a new experience for me. While this is important for the Landlord, it is also important for me that the tenant is dealt with in a respectful manner and that the property is meticulously clean and absolutely safe for occupancy. Mark, Erica and Flo took all my concerns about repairs, etc. on board and treated both me and the tenant with courtesy, respect and consideration. Mark, Erica and Flo have got the balance right and, as a conscientious Landlord, I have found that very reassuring. In the past, I have found that being a conscientious Landlord seemed to give previous agents 'carte blanche' to ignore me (the Landlord) and to consign me to the role of a very silent and very invisible party to the whole arrangement. Not so with Rose Property. Their balanced and ethical approach to both Landlord and Tenant is refreshing. I cannot say enough for the members of staff I have worked with, that is Mark, Erica and Flo.

As Management, you can be very proud of the property management services you deliver in Cork.
