1. Kerb Appeal
   Ensure that the entrance to your property is presentable. Clean the windows and front door and ensure that all curtains and blinds are open.  Tidy up the garden front and back and remove any toys.
2. Clean your house thoroughly throughout
   Remove any evidence of pets, pick up pet dishes from the floor. Clean and de-clutter the kitchen counters.  Make the beds, tuck in sheets and ensure your bathrooms are gleaming.
