Rose Property Services’ Trasna could be the ‘Must Buy’ House of 2014 say Irish Examiner

02 April, 2014

Trasna, a beautiful Victorian semi-detached home on Cork city’s Cross Douglas Road, has just been put on the market by Rose Property Services and has already received significant interest, even in the form of a glowing review by reputable newspaper, the Irish Examiner.

The Examiner said Transa could be “the ‘must buy’ of the coming year” in an article which detailed some of the many admirable features of the property including its solid walnut floors, the high-tech security system (there is video intercom from the front gate), C1 BER energy rating (very impressive for a 100 year old house) and the enchanting freshly landscaped garden which encompasses a rustic fire pit perfect for barbecues as well as unique garden lighting.

In speaking about the property, Mark Rose of Rose Property Services told the Irish Examiner: “if you were to scratch below the surface, you’ll find the quality goes right back and through. It’s not one of those houses that impresses superficially, and then tends to disappoint the closer you look at it; it’s sheer quality.”

Rose property Services has already been inundated with calls for viewings for the property and not surprisingly, has had a number of initial offers.
