RTE's Brian O'Connell visits Rose Property to discuss property market

Listen to Mark Rose speak with RTE correspondent Brian O'Connell in February 2022 in a piece about the historic low supply of rental properties in Ireland. The available number of properties on Daft.ie has dropped from 24,000 in 2009 to just 1,300 in 2022 and is falling each year {for the last 5 years} by 2,000 properties per year according to the RTB survey released in July 2021.
