I was recently looking for a property to purchase when I came across one in the Blackrock section of Cork, It was a house listed for sale by Rose Property Services and I decided to contact them for a viewing, I was given a date and time to go to the house where I met Mark Rose, The Managing Director of the agency, I was unaware, at the time, and I was pleasantly surprised, that this was an individual appointment and not an “open viewing” as expected. Mark Rose was able to give me his undivided attention, walk around and show the property inside and out, and answer my questions as they came up.
