Chloe joined Rose Property Services in April 2022 as an Administrator. She soon progressed into the role of Maintenance Co-ordinator, where she organised property works and liaised daily with tradespeople, landlords and tenants.
In July 2024, Chloe advanced again, taking on the position of Final Inspector. In this role, she is responsible for completing final inspections at our managed properties, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
Chloe demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills and is a supportive team player within our dynamic office environment. She provides excellent customer service to clients in a timely, professional manner and is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and general IT systems.
Before joining Rose Property Services, Chloe worked with Irish Water for three years as a New Connection Specialist, followed by a role as an Administrator with Arema Connect. She continues to be a highly valued member of our professional team.
