Mark is licensed by the Property Services Regulatory Authority and also a full member of the IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers). He joined Rose Property in April 2008 as a negotiator before becoming Office Manager then Managing Director. His role is to oversee all work with current clients and attract new clients for the successful letting & sales departments.
Previously he worked as a management consultant in London for 3 years after graduating from University College Cork with a degree in Business Information Systems (BIS). Mark’s experience with legislation in the Irish letting market and The Tenancies Act 2004 has proved useful for many clients and he relishes the challenge of achieving the best price for his client's properties on the sale market.
