Caroline became part of the Rose Property Services team in April 2026, where she oversees a wide range of property maintenance requirements. Her role involves helping to keep properties in excellent condition while ensuring that maintenance matters are handled efficiently and with as little disruption as possible.
Caroline acts as a key point of contact for both landlords and tenants, managing maintenance enquiries, organising necessary works and following up with contractors to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard. Her friendly and organised approach allows her to build strong working relationships while keeping communication clear throughout the maintenance process.
With a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail, Caroline continues to develop her knowledge and experience within the property industry. She is an important member of the Rose Property Services team and contributes to providing a professional, dependable and responsive service to clients and tenants.
