Josh joined Rose Property in April 2026 as a Property Maintenance Coordinator. He completed the Estate Agency Administration course at Cork College of FET in 2025 and has previously worked in hospitality.
In his role, Josh assists with coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to help ensure issues are followed up and dealt with efficiently. His hospitality background has given him experience in customer service, communication, and working with people.
Josh enjoys working with people and building strong relationships, supported by his excellent communication skills. He is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and a range of other software programs.
